“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Nos gustó mucho el hotel, tiene muchas áreas para descansar y variedad de restaurantes, la comida deliciosa, servicio excelente, habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Excelente atención en especial de los conciergies de la villa 59 Cielo y David, nos ayudaron mucho durante toda la estadía. También muy buen servicio de Hector en el restaurante Tailandés, Antonio en el argentino, Eugenio de la Dalia, Alan del portofino y Habid de la Laguna. “Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom……
