“Our 7th year at the Grand Victorian and our 4th condo! Best of both worlds with a beach facing balcony and a patio overlooking the park and pier. Live music from the Myst for free and my favorite perk was the tall captain chairs for the deck so you can enjoy the view without the railing in the way!New washer dryer and plenty of hangers, towels and beach chairs for use. Definitely will be back if schedules allow!”

We walked everywhere—to the beach, along the beautiful marginal way trail, and to all the great restaurants and shops in Ogunquit. “We were supposed to get check in access code 3 days in advance but not until noon the day before did we finally get information. That was after several contacts with Expedia, the host with little response. Finally VRBO Care was able to get the information for us. The condo living area was cozy but fine. The bedrooms were small and master bath tiny. There were a lot of items in bath left by owner or other tenants. There were no closets but a chest of drawers in bedroom. Access to town was great……

“What a great place that is convenient to everything. Quiet evenings due to being an end unit. Kitchen includes a toaster an electric roaster as well as microwave for those interested in cooking in the room. Close to mini golf and Scoop Deck Ice Cream and their 70 flavors!!!!”

“Great communication, extremely clean, very well decorated. Does not sleep 6. Maybe 4. Mattresses are cover in plastic and then only fitted sheet over it no mattress pad. Making you hot, sweat and very Noisy. If you have someone sleep in the living room it’s a very early morning, no room darkening shades. The door to the only twin bed is very loud.”

“This was such a great condo right above a very cute shop in the center of Kennebunk. The location is amazing, just steps away from tons of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable (including the pull out couch). We also appreciated that there is a full kitchen and laundry. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend the condo to anyone visiting Kennebunk.”

“Location was nice. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The property has nice kitchen essentials and bath essentials. The ceiling fan was very dirty upon arrival, and there were no top sheets on the bed. Floor was also in need of mopping. Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a quiet area.”

“Great location! Away from the crowded streets, but just a quick drive to Ogunquit and Kennybunkport, Only a few minutes from Wells Beach which made it easy for an early start to a beach day. Close to Hannaford’s, CVS, and Starbucks (but other local coffee places are right there too). The host left clear directions for a smooth process and checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok.”
