Clean and stocked with kitchen cooking basics. Having general coffee, tea service trays was nice. Fourteen of us were able to find space and were comfortable. Small issue with one burner on stove not working but had 2nd kitchen, so not a problem for us. Quiet location with parking. We saw mule deer and hawks on property. Some of the furniture needs updating.

This property has not been maintained suitable for renting out . Overflowing toilets, missing and broken cabinetry, bedbug and mouse traps , dirty exterior patios , broken tiles and countertops , too many missing and broken items to mention. We reached out to grand welcome repeatedly and although they promise to immediately resolve and rectify the situation, it’s now been 2 weeks and nothing .
