“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“An amazing hotel in every aspect!”

“Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit Geschmack und Liebe. Die Anlage, der Garten und Pool Area sind super gepflegt. Frühstück war auch gut. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt - wenn man zu Fuß in die Stadt möchte, muss man über eine viel befahrene Straße ein Stück laufen - nicht empfehlenswert, mit Bike ist man aber in 3 min mittendrin.”

“環境很棒是在森林裡清幽寧靜晚餐是燭光晚餐也很值得體驗出入烏布要半小時以上一天只有兩班次如果要逛街不方便只待在森林浴裡倒是不錯的選擇”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“All the staffs very professional, service very good. Room is very big, very clean and not expensive. I really love this hotel and i will recommend anymore will stay in canggu. The duty manager in front desk gave us the dinner recommendation which is the restaurant also very nice. ”

Fantastic AC, good quality bed and bedding, really professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and fantastic breakfast; the security at gate also is really helpful when getting in and out of your grab taxi. “第一天入住時，正逢吃午餐時間，就在飯店裡面吃午餐，原本要點我們想要吃的餐點，但是服務人員一直引導我們點我們沒有想要點的菜。到最後上菜時，不是那麼的符合我們的口味，價格又偏高。後來我們就不在飯店裡面的餐廳用餐（不管是中餐或是晚餐）。除了這點以外，其他的部分都還滿好的。”
