“We initially booked this hotel because of its price point and proximity to Pine Point beach/ Old Orchard. We also appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. Upon arrival, the room seemed okay, but throughout our stay we noticed more of the strange smells and uncleanliness. This included in the elevator, the hallways and the stairwells. Housekeeping did not come once during our 3 night stay, and when we asked for towels, we were told we had to wait as they were all “in the dryer”. When towels……

“Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation.……

“Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot. The "breakfast" was cereal, oatmeal, or mini muffins. When we……

“We arrived during a holiday weekend and were disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. The common areas were very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. Our room also fell below expectations. We found sand under the duvet on the bed, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the linens, and the lamp shades were covered in stains. The pool area was also poorly maintained. Several lounge chairs were broken, and there were bugs in the pool, making it uninviting and……

“This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is……
