“A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable. We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before. This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it. The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain……

“Hi we went on a small vacation to old Orchard Beach was excited because the hotel was close by only a 12 minute drive to only learn that the Hotel air-conditioning really didn’t work. The staff gave us fans couldn’t sleep. It was so hot in the rooms. There’s only one elevator and then there’s only one ice machine in the whole hotel for four floors then the ice machine runs out so there’s no ice. I don’t feel this Hotel cares about its customers and we would definitely never stay there again. I’m……

“The staff was really never around; we kind of had to fend for ourselves. It would be really nice if there was cold water and ice available - had to fend for ourselves again.”

“Very barebones hotel. Room with the beds was clean, but has a musty smell during the entire length of stay. The bathroom was very much in need of improvements. Black mold was showing through the paint around the shower stall. Great water pressure though. Cleanliness was also questionable. Thick black hair stuck to wall in a couple places in the bathroom.”

“This beautiful older home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The innkeepers were helpful and really fun to chat with. Both grew up in Portland. Linda’s breakfast were generous and delicious. Quick and easy drive to Old Port.”

“The road to the hotel was under construction each night, preventing us from getting to the hotel and the staff never once mentioned it or acknowledged it being an issue that we would need to account for. Also the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on Mondays or Tuesdays which is just weird! The breakfast was also very mid so just keep that in mind. Elevator is loud at night and can be heard through the walls if you are within two rooms of it.”

“Whole place was clean. Guessing this is a new hotel? But yes, clean. Staff were friendly. Absolutely loved the room layout. Bed was super comfortable. And the pool area was great.”
