「I booked this hotel through Expedia and then my father’s health took a drastic turn for the worse. He then passed away and his services were scheduled for one of the dates I had booked. Being 7 hrs away from the hotel I cancelled my reservation and requested a refund. After reaching out to Expedia twice they said they were waiting to hear back from the hotel manager. It has been at least 2 weeks and still nothing. I’m very disappointed in Holiday Inn.」

「A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable.
We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before.
This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it.
The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain...
