"Residences much more comfortable than Star Hotel and very close to Casino if that’s what you like. But plenty dining options and pool/spa choices were great. Wished we stayed longer at residences than the Star Hotel. "

"Great reception staff. Room very clean. Parking was easy. Awkward bathroom (low, tiny sink) and the drain wasn't quite as functional as it should be in the shower. Lots of activities available at KDV, which is a short walk across the oval. Many included in the stay. Only recommend that lights are switched on for the footpath until KDV closes at night for safety reasons."

"Everything went smoothly, except for the excavator at 3am outside our window. Not the fault of the hotel, but not pleasant at all. Some of the bathroom floor tiles were loose creating a hazard. When told the staff felt embarrased so hopefully they fixed it before the next guest comes in. Nice and close to the beach and shops and reasonable facilities. Otherwise, good value for the price."
