"Needs a better access to the water park "

"Fairly new hotel but seems like it’s operating on a shoestring. Breakfast buffet was always running out of items - and the front desk staff seemed to be the only person working to restock. In 2 days they ran out of the hot sandwiches, most brands of cereal, milk and regular coffee beans (in the grinder). So it was okay for me but would have liked to see more options. "Pool was kinda dirty"

"Checking in at 11:00pm is tough. People are tired. Staff is changing shifts. The key to my room was improperly set up, meaning that when I am darn tired - and a bit stressed, Ii had to return to the lobby to have the error corrected."

"I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. "Our family loved that we had room to spread out and enjoy our own space. The rooms were spacious and the entire house was very well stocked. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered our questions promptly. We hope to stay there again when we return to the area."
