"Scrambled eggs and ham, etc., at breakfast were excellent on 1st day, out on 2nd day. The 530 Happy Hour food and drink were very good, also. It is a good location off I70, and near I170, and I270. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed - due to thunderstorms I was told?? "

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I knew it was old but it looks like the new company is getting it spruced up. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and enough towels. The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable. There is a shuttle if you are going to the amphitheater for a show. Hot breakfast in the morning with a nice dining area. "

"We happened to stay when they were remodeling, so there was a bit more noise than usual, but that couldn’t be helped. Then there was a small fire that was contained in the kitchen but the fire alarm went if at about 4:30am and we needed to evacuate….thought we would’ve heard from management about the situation but we did not. I felt we should’ve been compensated our final night by having that night erased from the bill…we got no real sleep, but that didn’t happen either. The hotel is kept very...
