"The interior rooms are a 5 star elegant quality. I was so impressed that I’m intentionally coming back to enjoy the area more soon. The pool was a lively place up until closing and so I thought to have some quiet time I’d jump in at opening. The pool are was spotless and there was a beautiful rolled up for the next guest by opening on every chair. So impressed with the care the management takes on this property. "I decided to get away from the Tucson heat for my birthday, so I took a solo trip, just me and the lil' pug. I've never been to Flagstaff or Sedona. This place was awesome! Simple check-in, and they gave me 2 cans of hard seltzer (there were a few beverage options). Since I was a hotels.com vip they gave me $20 credit for the mexican seafood / taco restaurant they have on site ($10 credit per day). The food there was delicious! "The place was nice, but I couldn't figure out how to get the heat working. It was freezing cold so I had to have lots of blankets. And the TV wouldn't work in the bedroom even after restarting both the box and the tv a bunch of times. Also there was no fan in the bathroom. If they could fix those issues it would be a 5/5."
