「The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was great, and everything was clean and well-maintained, just as we had expected. The only downside was that many of the attractions and dining places are located in the Midtown area, which is a bit too far for a walking distance. We ended up taking Uber quite a bit, but overall, the property is self-sufficient.」

「I had read several mixed reviews so I was unsure what to expect. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. My room was clean. In order to have a balcony that looks out over the pool, you'll need to request that. My balcony looked over the back of the property towards Target and it wasn't anything to write home about. We enjoyed opening the balcony door and using the screen door for fresh air, however it was just a preference to do so not at all a necessary as the room had no negative odor or that dampness we all dread from other hotel stays elsewhere . 「Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is convenient and accessible. 20-30 minutes to shopping, and attractions. When I opened the fridge in my room and found left over food and drink, front desk offered to send someone to clean up, which wasn’t necessary, the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the $150.00 deposit, the most I was charged at other properties was between $50.00-$100.00, but I did receive the money back four days later. 」
