“Not at all what we expected after reading the good reviews on Expedia. Hotel parking lot view is obstructed from any other areas, so no one except someone at the hotel could see vandalism, signs there saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. No front desk clerk was there for check-in, it took almost twenty minutes to find someone. Once checked in we made it to the floor of our room and it STUNK, like really bad mildew smell. And there was an AC at the end of the hall squealing like……

“I thought the 3 to 11 front desk clerk was very helpful and resourceful. The maintenance man was prompt and willing to assist in making our stay more relaxed and memorable. The cleaning supervisor was not helpful and did not keep her word. I would like to have enough towels in my room for my family in the future.”
