"While the room was very nice, the hotel did not have an elevator so there were lots of stairs. The staff was lovely and brought our bags up to our room and down when we checked out. The restaurant was excellent though they didn’t open until 11:30 "

"We chose the property for the castle look. When we arrived we found a very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fantastic and highly recommend it. It is so close to many restaurant options. Lots of places to sit and just enjoy right outside the hotel. If there is one negative, it is inability to park on site. The Parking isn’t far though and quickly forgotten once settled into your room. We stayed here by chance and scrolling but very happy we did!"

"Hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating. A little disappointed with my room - run down in appearance, bed very uncomfortable, and there were dirty towels left in my bathroom. "

"It was wonderful to get off the train and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. It would be nice if they had ice available for their guests, but hotels in Europe just don't seem to. I guess they like drinking lukewarm water there. All in all though, the stay was very good."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"The daytime lady at the desk was amazing a sweet. Only complaint was trying to check in was beyond hard as we didnt get our email with instructions so we almost showed up too late without a place to stay. The gentlemen at the night were not the most helpful in finding our room that was not at the same location."

"Hotel has seen better days and rooms need renovation. No elevator (lift). Excellent bar and restaurant menu. One minutes walk from the beach."
