"The lobby was beautiful. It kind of felt like they spend more time making the lobby nice than the rooms or hallways. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, the walls had holes, and it just seemed low kept. Our room was okay. It had some newer features and it was clean. The water coming out of the shower faucet came out yellow. "

"My husband and I booked a King room for our 19th anniversary. We got to town earlier than check in time and they offered to keep our bags for us until check in which was great. We were able to walk most the way to the pier which is about 1.7miles from the hotel there are also several Divvy bike ports around. Food options are everywhere near the hotel as well. When ready to check in we were greeted by the "doorcierge" Jerome and boy was he off the hook awesome... He upgraded our room to a suite...

"The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!"
