「Great hotel in Bilbao center, close to bus stop to get around and only a 15 min walk to the museum. The hotel is new so has modern amenities and the staff is very helpful. The room was very spacious and absolutely loved the shower. While the area around the hotel is not great, it’s safe and would recommend this hotel. 」

「very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it. 」

「Hemos estado una noche y lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal. L@s recepcionistas son encantadores. Dormimos en una habitación de tres y está bastante bien,por ponerle un pero , hacia y día de perros, aire lluvia y mucho frío, la habitación es grande y el radiador no calentaba demasiado, pero tiene mantas y almohadas a mayores en el armario, así que problema resuelto. Volveríamos sin duda.」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sauber und die Betten komfortabel. Das Frühstück war von erstaunlich hoher Qualität. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig das Restaurant im Hause ist echt schlecht. Für Mittag- oder Abendessen sollte man definitiv woanders hingehen.」

「Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Personal ist sehr freundlich - die Ausstattung ist mehr als 3 Sterne. Nur das Fernsehen auf dem Zimmer ist tricky... Per QrCode zu aktivieren.. sonst schaltet der TV nach 5 min ab. Für ältere Leute kaum zu schaffen. Sonst alles gut. 」
