"My Wife and I stayed a few years ago closer to Christmas time and said we would come back again. We did for our May Anniversary and this Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George is fantastic! The Hotel staff were great! The Hotel was clean, plenty of things for kids to do on the grounds, botchy ball, pools, basketball court etc. There was even a Hollywood dress up night for the adults. This is our second time here now and its been great."

"Desk clerk was kind and welcoming. We were given a “upgraded room”, just because. A young woman who was cleaning rooms noticed our struggle with unlocking the door (yes, real keys are still used at this motel!) and came to help without being asked. "

"Great place to stay, very clean, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. The season was just starting so there wasn’t any crowds. Spacious beach and pool w lots of seating. 3 fire pits and 6 new grills in the pool area. Our room was small, but very clean, modern and updated. We Can’t wait to go back when the weather warms up! "Nice family oriented motel "

"Agreed with all comments about the exceptional home made style breakfast. However, the second night there was a group playing guitar and singing. With over 200 years house, this was not welcomed especially after a tiring long ski day. Phoned hotel and also Expedia on that same night but both myself and Expedia could not get hold off host for resolution. Got to know next Morning that the voicemail probably was played and heard but did not take action. These days with many craziness in the news,...
