“There is something seriously wrong in their management. Either the cleaning crew is not doing their job, and giving false information to the desk team. And, no one from the management bothers to verify cleaning crew’s tasks.”

“At check in we were asked if 1st floor was okay. We declined due to the parking lot abutting the patio with direct access to sliding door to room. Opted for 2nd floor which may of been a mistake because of the location of the room which was a long journey for 2 seniors!! Upon arrival we noticed that there was no microwave. We are on restricted diets and bring our food from home to reheat. Called the front desk and said we didn't have a microwave in the room. He replied that you only get a……

“Lots of construction, which is good long term. No one told me that the rooms got cleaned every other day. For a Hilton property, this is unacceptable. Half the rooms were not used because of the construction and they still couldn’t take care of the rooms for the remaining guests. WHY HIlton????”
