“絕佳的地理位置，完全置身於舊城區，前往大巴札跟藍色清真寺都非常的近， 前台服務人員親切，每天都提供2瓶水。(如果他們忘記，就跟前台索取就好) 附近生活機能相當方便，交通非常便利， 在這種價位上能有如此絕佳的位置，對於房間與浴室太小，似乎也不能抱怨了。”

“Mycket trevlig vistelse på Tugra Hotel. Rummet var rent och bekvämt, och receptionen är öppen dygnet runt med hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Frukosten var riktigt bra med stort utbud varje morgon. Hotellet ligger perfekt – gångavstånd till många historiska och turistiska platser, nära busshållplatser samt butiker och restauranger. Ett prisvärt budgethotell som verkligen ger mycket för pengarna. Jag skulle absolut bo här igen och rekommenderar det till alla som besöker Istanbul.”

“So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise……

“I had just stayed for 2 days as I only planned for a short visit in Istanbul. But the friendly staff nd cozy room here made me wanna extend my stay. The location is good. The front desk person, Togrul assisted me a lot, helping to book Turkish bath and confirming my transfer to hotel and was always cheerful. Another front desk, Omer, prepared a sandwich to me as a take away breakfast since I was taking the morning flight to my next station, which made me have to check out before the breakfast……
