「The room was great! The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, plates, cups, etc, and brand new cookware. It has granite countertops and a decent amount of cabinet space, a full sized fridge, a hotplate, microwave, and even a small island/wing with a sink. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a stand-up shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of bath and pool towels available, with some extras in the closet. 「This was our second stay at this hotel and overall we had a terrible experience, rooms were not clean , there was a conference with over 1200 attendees that took over the hotel and it was absolutely terrible walking around the hotel, chilling by the pool was terrible .. we felt so out of place with everyone from conference constantly walking in front beds .. we originally booked to stay for 3 nights and we left on the second day as the experience was just awful, we would never return 」

「Advertised as part of the Fountainbleu Hotel Resort although they were a private owned management group. The suite was not ready to be moved in when I attempted to move in and no one could tell me when the room would be ready! Totally unacceptable. We had flown cross country and were exhausted and no one seemed to care enough to give us answers or solve the problem. A nightmare. 」
