"The staff was VERY sweet and accommodating. They took care of my needs immediately, such as providing me with a complimentary tooth paste, allowing us to check in early without fee, and calling for a quick cab to take us to the airport. I loved and appreciated the great service."

"This would be an okay room for a single traveler. The room was tiny and noisy. They couldn’t find our reservation. Good thing I brought a printed version. All of the employees were very nice."

"The have a hidden "Amenity Fee" per day for breakfast and wifi that is mandatory. This is not disclosed on the booking sites and barely disclosed on their website. This is illegal in many states and may be illegal in New York. I complained and they did not budge - this is a deceptive practice and they should cut it out. Other than this it is a nice hotel with a great breakfast. "

"Room was small but clean. Bed was uncomfortable. I think it was the pillows. I loved the shower and the bathroom amenities. The area is dangerous at night but its right next to the N and R train. "

"Work stay for 4 nights. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Warm powerful shower, decent desk. Room where I stayed was pretty noisy in early morning as it looks like construction and warehouses outside. Overall good place to stay but if you want to get to Manhattan you need to get the metro or jump in an Uber. Not much to do nearby in walking distance, so eating out should be done while you are out."
