“I love this place - got a front beach hut - so quiet - beach at the front has strong current. Right by many dive centers. not too far from the harbour. The staff always had a smile always ready to help. I did have an incident where someone was trying to open my door - a little unnerving but nothing like an island scare :). No one was there but the dogs were barking. I tried to message the staff at 4 am when this happened but no reply. Understandable as it was super early in the morning -……

“We loved our stay at Samplangan Penida Resort. The resort was beautiful, the infinity pool had exceptional views, and Ogi and her team were outstanding in making sure that we were well looked after in every respect. We had a total of 6 meals at the resort and everything was delicious. Even when the entire village had a blackout, the chef was able to prepare a really wonderful dinner for us. If you're thinking of visiting Nusa Penida, Samplangan Penida Resort IS the best place to stay. Period. ”
