“Everything was good the general manger director was the best mr. Sameh who was going around all the time to grantee the best service. The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that.”

“Arrivée à minuit Notre réservation n était pas pris en compte malgré la confirmation Il a fallu attendre 1h du matin pour en avoir une non préparée lits non fait,, sans serviettes, papier toilette etc... Nous avons donc changé de chambre qui n était guère mieux A 9h le maître nageur mets la musique à fond au bord de la piscine '' grace mat interdite'' Pendant 3 jours nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude, ce n est que le dernier jour qu elle est arrivée apres être venu au moins 20 fois réclamer à……

“It was a nice OK hotel, but definitely not worth the money. I even called Expedia support the first night i was there to report how filthy the rooms were and there were ants on bed, empty chips bags under beds!! and they didnt refund me anything or fixed it, i had to go biuy cleaning supplies and clean the rooms nad bathrooms ?? ”
