“This place is absolutely filthy. My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. I slept in my car the last night in the parking lot of the hotel because of how gross it was. if you stay here,……

“Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.”

“Had a reservation showed up at hotel and told no rooms were available, they called around to other hotels but closest was 45 minutes away and I had to get there on my own. I ended up sleeping on their lobby couch with loud music playing that they said they could turn down or off. Actually didn’t sleep but left after 2.5 hours”

“The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities. ”

“I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades”
