"everything was great. only the refrigerator in the room was noisy and disturbed sleep"

"The place was great the pool was fun. Kids loved it. And breakfast was delicious. But my room was a bit dusty and had dead small bugs by the tv and lamp. They had not wiped down the tv stand. Over all everything was perfect. "

"Not in the best neighborhood. They use the property as parking for the bar for $20 on the weekends. The coffee is terrible. Otherwise, everything was great. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was super friendly. I was impressed. "

"Awesome staff from parking to front desk! Upgraded to presidential for more space. My daughter's prom sendoff was perfect. Room was clean window seals need a good dusting tho! View from 16th floor was beautiful! Lobby was nice! Maintenance provided me with trash bags to clean up our mess! So I'm glad I chose holiday Inn downtown Houston."

"The garage elevator was out of order so we had to walk up the ramp to the 5th floor at checkout. We did appreciate the removal of the parking charge. The electrical plus in the bathroom did not work so it was inconvenient to dry hair. Nice property and very clean."

"Great location. Secure, and well maintained. The hallway was a little muggy, so I would suggest lowing the A/C or creating some other form of ventilation."

"The stay was great. The only issue we had was Expedia states there is electric charging on site which at embassy suites there is NO charging. It was an inconvenience to us. Overall we are content with our stay. Very close to Toyota arena "
