Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made all the difference.The experience felt authentic and thoughtfully curated, with so many small details carefully considered to make guests feel special. From the atmosphere to the little touches throughout my stay, everything contributed to a unique and memorable experience. "The Celecton is a nice, standard Japanese hotel. The rooms are small, but they are practical, very clean and amenities are good. If you want a hotel that is close to the Castle then this is a good one, but it is 10-15 minutes walk to the train station, restaurants, and the other attractions in Matsumoto. My room was facing the Castle but directly above a busy road, so it was quite noisy."

"A lovely hotel, rooms were modern and super clean and stuff were super helpful. I’m booked to return there again later in the year and the staff were excited and ran off and found me a sticker for the hotel that I could put on my suitcase."
