"I enjoyed the unique experience Madewood Plantation Mansion offers. We were the only ones staying at the property and being able to tour the mansion prior to dinner served to us by Angie the manager in the once ballroom now dining room was the highlight of my trip to LA. The grounds and history are also a special treat. The period furnishings in the home are beautiful and paintings et al stunning. "The hotel appears new and pretty well maintained. Our room bathtub was not clean to my preferences but I always pack with my own cleaning supplies. Our server at breakfast, Cici, was very kind and helpful. My one major complaint I have was the hotel not having quarters available for the washer and dryer that is on property. If the machines are on site, we should be able to get quarters. "

"Very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Easy on and off freeway. Only downside was there was a kids baseball team there as well and they ran the hallway constantly, but that’s it."

"The hotel appears new and pretty well maintained. Our room bathtub was not clean to my preferences but I always pack with my own cleaning supplies.
