「All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly but the young man called Morgan, I believe, was exceptionally helpful. He moved me to a room which had fewer stairs to deal with and made a wonderful strawberry gin and tonic! I also enjoyed the chef’s vegetable lasagne.」

「We had a one night stay in the hotel, we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The hotel is an old build but is very clean, the room was huge with a double bed and bunk beds. Bedding was fresh and clean, bathroom clean and the water lovely and hot with lots of fresh towels. Overall a great stay, will definitely book again. Highly recommend if your in Torquay 」

「Customer Service was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious. Room was a little cold, but when we mentioned it, they revolved straight away.
Restaurant was closed, due to lack of staff, but plenty of local options
The room was OK,but headboard was solid and hurts wgen you head but it.」
