Washington Park Court 3 Stars Hotels

"I like the Congress Plaza because it's still a reasonably priced downtown hotel that is close to a lot of downtown attractions. I didn't find the counter staff particularly professional, friendly, or helpful this particular visit. Was a bit disappointed by that. Otherwise, we liked our rooms (539 and 539A). Will be back. "

"Front desk upgraded us to a room with view. That was great. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the drawers so they stayed closed. That was a bit annoying. Rm #1953"

"Lots of construction in the area but not their fault. Some items in the room seemed a bit dingy (window shade, bathroom accessories, lounge ottoman). Nice amenities at the property though."

"I liked the environment inside the Hotel, the service was easy. The room was complete with everything (shampoo, etc). However, if you want additional self-care, you can ask and they can help you. The bar in the lobby is great, if you don't want to go far from your hotel, the bar is the best option where you can spend time with your friends. I really loved the place and in my next visit I would like to stay again there. "

"My view was a block of building ! Not happy at all! When I got the hotel , the app said FREE PARKING! I got into the hotel , find out parking wasn’t free ! I paid over 150 in parking spot! The receptionist told me; Sr, nothing is free! I didn’t like that part at all"

"Pro's location location location Cons hotel is dated and showing its age but you get what you pay for plus we were never in our Room other than to sleep If the price stays reasonable it's worth the stay "

"We had a great stay at a two-bedroom suite at this hotel. Everything was great, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing that was not so great was the old coffee filter was left in the coffee machine from previous guests. At one point all of our smoke detectors went off with no detected smoke and the front desk was very quick to come up and fix the issue. Great location too."

"The deco is very homewarming. There were not plastic bottled water, which is excellent. We had glass jars in the room for getting either regular water or sparkling. It was a bummer that the pool wasn't open until after we leave. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. The shampoo or conditioner made my hair very dry. Overall a very great 5 day here at Voco."

"Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag. The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. Well, i came in the lobby at 6:28...
