"We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. It was a bit restricting when staying 5 people. There are a lot of activities...

"The hotel is modern, very clean, has big rooms and easy access to everything. The spa facilities are generous and very well kept. The staff is very very helpful,very nice and speaks many languages fluently. The restaurant and bar has top quality food and exceptional service. "

"Great hotel with wonderful facilities. Check out is 0am, 11 am would be better. Although the rooms are non-smoking, during my stay, people in surrounding rooms were smoking on their balconies, which meant I could not open the door or window. "

"The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday."

"The property is well-situated in the center of Heviz with lots of shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very modern and comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The only negative I have is that the bed was quite hard."

"The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up. "

Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests. "Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable, just a little on the old side. Good wifi access in the room and easy parking. We enjoyed free access to the hot pools, with towels and robes provided in the rooms. A very enjoyable buffet dinner was included in the half-board rate, with drinks extra at very reasonable prices.
