“I was In the old part of the hotel and did not care for it nearly as much as the newer part. It seemed darker and no bathrobes or bathroom incidentals (cotton balls, qtips, etc.). Staff was still great and I love The Read House just not the older wing of rooms.”

“We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift. The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule. Shout out as well to the ladies in the quick service location, I remembered a lady for a previous trip, with brown hair a little bit older she said she had been there for close to seven years. Everyone in the QSR……

“We had a great stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel! The village view was nice, though I’m sure the fountain view is even better. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Valet was super convenient ($25/day), and we loved that the hotel provided coupons for nearby attractions. There was so much to do in the village that we only used our car one day. The staff was pleasant and very family-friendly, but the highlight was the cleaning crew. They……
