"This is a very nice, clean, and modern day hotel, however the homeless population crisis has seemed to worsen since my last visit. There was folks on the side walk preparing their drugs. It has to be something that can be done to address this crisis and to make it somewhat safe for families with children to travel and view this beautiful city. "

"Overall, our stay was great. The room was large and nicely furnished. Plus, we had a great view of the city and the water! The staff was very nice, helpful and professional! We will stay here again. Though it would have been nice for a hotel of this caliber and price to give their guests a couple of bottles of water. The health club could use some more equipment including resistance bands and training straps. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to town about 230, check in wasn’t until 4 but our room was ready so we got checked in early. The noon check out time is also fantastic. We did have a little issue with the valet parking, no space number written on our ticket, but they finally found our car and we were on our way. "

"Thank you for letting us check in early after a long cruise. Very friendly and helpful employees-ALL OF THEM. Room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Waitress was attentive even though they were extremely busy. The front desk kept offering us free water. They even stored our luggage for the day while we waited to leave for the airport. I look forward to our next stay here. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay."

The staff at the front desk were more than helpful. The room was clean, with nice natural light and a large bathroom. "Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast could’ve been better. It’s located In the small restaurant, due to limited space in the restaurant I did have to wait in line. I also wish they allowed you to take the breakfast to your room instead of having to sit downstairs and eat it. They could avoid having people stand in line if they allowed the breakfast to be to go. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Watery eggs, French toast, chicken sausage with fruit, oat meal, yogurt and mini bagel...
