「Love the food in the hotel restaurant。」

「Fully stocked bar and hotel was definitely pet friendly. Room was clean for the most part with the exception of one night where the room wasn't cleaned that day. But overall we loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. 」

「Excellent room excellent staff is very nice quiet it’s not really a hotel. It’s more like a condo with hotel rooms. I only complaint would be that you have to pay parking separately.」

「We arrived super late after driving in from out of state and the gentlemen in the lobby that night were so wonderful and helpful and the stay just continued to be fantastic from arrival forward. Our room was super tidy with an incredible view of the lake and downtown. The hotel gym was the best I've personally seen in a hotel and there were plenty of amenities on site. I wish we we had more time to spend there tbh. I would definitely return. Both the hotel and Cleveland exceeded my expectations....

「This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

「This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. 」
