“The room was clean and the staff were super nice. Our concierge Nicol (Nikki) was super helpful and guided us to a local restaurant Salvo’s where the crawfish, food, and service were excellent we went twice. We also loved Mother’s down the street. It was super convenient also that PJ’s was in the hotel for my morning pick me up.”

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
