"Bid room but not cleaned nor updated. Late check out is only at 1pm. No room upgrade offered. There was 1 day that room was not serviced until late evening. Good location "

"This hotel is right on the river with convenient walking access to nice restaurants and shopping. It is a short car ride ( Lyft or Uber) to the mag mile. The doorman greated us and sent us to the second floor to check in. We had a wonderful room with a view of the river. The workout room was very nice and clean ( located on the 4th floor spa area). Everyone was nice and friendly and the service was great!! I would definitely come back again."

"This stay was unexpected: a cancelled connection stranded me overnight at O’Hare. The Peninsula’s calm and serenity de-stressed the evening and makes the two Uber rides to and from the airport worthwhile. I can always count on the Peninsula’s excellence. Maybe they can expand into airlines …"
