「The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

「Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. 「We stayed in the Casa Vallejo villa on the hotel property. It was awesome having the privacy and space of the villa, but the amenities of the hotel. Daniel and Fernado who run the hotel were amazing and took care of everything we needed. They set up massages for our group and a yoga class and connected us with a boat excursion that was great.
