「Our second visit here was just as nice as our first. We asked for a room change right away, which was granted with no issues. We had sporadic housekeeping, which we didn’t really understand. Not replacing towels is fine, but some days the beds were made and trash emptied and some days not. We ended up with overflowing trash cans & quite a mess. We appreciated the complimentary products, but never knew if they would be replenished or not so we could shampoo our hair. The in room coffee bar wasn’t...

「Had some trouble with the TV, but fixed quickly by the staff. Room door had some problem off and on reported that at checkout. Every thing else was fine and the staff very helpful as always. Thanks to you all.」

「Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... 」

「It was fun because we had a good time and a lot of places to go. The beaches were great and close enough as well as everything else we needed was within a 10 minute drive. My only gripe is that the furniture could use updating. We had a great time and most likely will be back」
