"We liked the lake, water park and paddle boats for the kids. Beachwoods exclusive parking for beach access is nice. Need to get the big slide operational or replace with something else. Also the game room wasn't open which was disappointing for our kids. We stayed in one of the older models and it could really be felt in the floors and seen on the exterior. Overall it was a good experience with a few inconveniences."

Each and every employee was courteous, helpful, and welcoming.This was very important and appreciated.The hotel is, it seems, being updated; our room was not yet updated, but it was clean and neat.All in all, we were pleased and enjoyed our visit. We plan on returning."
