Graduation Celebration

Disney with family

Great house for Disneyland!

Amazing family stay

Such a great spacious home on a quiet road. Comfortable beds, even the bunk beds had great mattresses and were doubles. The pool area was an oasis in the backyard. Lots of room for everyone to have downtime or play as a group. I would highly recommend and definitely return

Family Beat

Grandma Grandpa Mom Dad Teen 3 children and a 9 month old. Having two masters with bathrooms was perfect. The 9 of us were very comfortable. The children loved the pool. To and from Disney a breeze. Great place:)

Great stay.

First time for us in a Disney House, and far superior than booking a couple of adjoining hotel rooms, for the same price. Great Location with walking distance to the Disney Tram or A.R.T. Only four adults for us, but house easily handles more. The pool, hot tub, and deck is what makes this special. Enjoy fireworks from your back yard. Communication with the property managers was a breeze, and we were allowed to pay for an early check in, which tied nicely into our airline arrival. If/when we do Disney Parks again, we would surely book this house.

Perfect Choice for larger families for Disney!

We had a perfect stay here for 3 days at Disney. Family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. When we started comparing the number of hotel rooms needed and cost, it made much more sense to get a whole house for our family. The location was super easy to access the ART bus to get to and from the parks and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants more space to spread out versus a traditional hotel room. Management was always accessible and checked in on our needs throughout the whole process. Very professional!

great house for the family and friends

The house was super clean and great safe location close to Disneyland. $5 Uber rides to the park. Easy communication with property management. The only thing I would say that is a problem are the mattresses. They are old sagging and desperately need to b replaced. Other than that, great place !

Perfect for families and Disneyland

The house matched the description online and was well stocked. Communication with the host was via email and text. When we arrived the house was clean. Check in and check out were clearly defined. Super close to Disneyland. We drove and parked in the parking garage which was 4 minutes away! This was especially nice after a long day in the park. The pool and hot tub were great and our kids enjoyed playing in them. Ping pong and playing pool were also a highlight. There were games and some toys for the kids to play with. We didn’t need these items but it also had strollers, pack and play, fans, and high chair. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with all shopping and basic needs in close proximity. We would stay here again!

Great pool and spa - our covid summer relief

We came here during the Covid shutdowns - Disney was closed and our kids needed some recreation. The pool was really nice... kept heated throughout the stay. Hot tub was spacious (could fit 6 or 8) and fairly easy controls. The house itself was pretty functional, clean, and well equipped. We didn't encounter any bugs or cleanliness issues seen on older reviews. The sofa and throw pillows are a little dated and showing some wear - but still perfectly comfortable. If I had to gripe about anything, it was the super lengthy contract that the managers make you sign... and not just a quick review and accept type of signature... we literally got a DocuSign with over a dozen spots to fill in signatures and initials. This was overkill if you ask me - we should not feel like we're engaging in a 30 year mortgage when booking a weekend rental. But in the end we enjoyed the house and everything went smooth.

Great stay!

We had a GREAT time at this rental property! Walking distance to Disney parks (or a $7 Uber ride), so close you can see the fireworks from the backyard! The pool was a BIG hit ( especially with our toddlers) and the hot tub was also great. People complain about the door alarm to the backyard, but we really appreciated it with 2 toddlers to look after. The grill worked really well, too, so added bonus! We did have some pretty big things go wrong while we were there. When we arrived we discovered the air conditioner was broken (and it was a heat wave!). The property managers came over as soon as possible with fans and a big cooling unit, and they got contractors out to fix it within 2 days (unfortunately this was the weekend and people weren’t able to get the parts to fix it until Monday). They gave us a partial refund for the trouble. The alarm on the ring camera also started blaring one night (I guess it does that if there’s no internet connection and the internet connection was weak). They came right out again to disconnect it and called the internet people to look into the connection issue. Long story short, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice home

The property was clean and the property management and booking were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bedding and towels. Great TV service. Pool and spa clean and easy to operate. Pool temperature should have been kept a little warmer during our stay in Early February but tolerable. The garage game room was fun and spacious. Maybe a few stools or folding chairs would be nice in there. The sunroom was perfect for dining. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Landscaping was up-kept and pretty. It was great to have 3 full baths too! A couple of things to be improved would be to update mattresses in all rooms. They were springy and squeaky but comfortable. Also, the size of the living space is actually smaller than pictured. Sectional sofa was comfy and sat all of us. It isn’t within walking distance of Disney although mileage is about 1-2 miles away but there are several main roads and freeway to maneuver. Quite a hike. However, we Ubered for around $10 which was reasonable. Fireworks are slightly obstructed bc of landscaping but you can see them. Overall it was a splendid experience for price and easy booking. It delivered what we needed! Would stay there again and recommend it! Thank you to management! Well managed!

Close to Disney/great pool

The heated pool and spa are amazing! It was great to come back and swim after a long day at Disneyland. The remodeled kitchen has everything you need. The game room in the garage also has a ton of fun things. The bunk beds were great for the kids, and there were TV's in every room. The house is run by a property management company so there was a lot of paperwork and rules. (However, LaDonna was very responsive to questions). I found the amount of paperwork and emails prior to the trip to be overwhelming. Also, the house loses the "cozy and inviting feel" due to rules posted all over the home. The rules were accompanied by warnings of additional fees if you break a rule. "If we have to call a plumber, we will charge you $150" "If you lose a remote, we will charge you $100". All of the posted rules and warnings we found off-putting. We received a text with a link to all the information regarding the house and it was difficult to navigate. I would suggest a simple binder on the table that goes over all of the pertinent home info (i.e.: how to turn on the spa etc.) Also, there is an alarm for the sliding glass door leading to the backyard. Every time you open that door you must press a bypass button or a loud alarm will sound. I can see this being a great safety tool when renting the house to young children because of the pool, but I wish there was a way to turn it off. It was quite annoying pressing a button to get in and out of the backyard.

Good overall. There was some maintenance being performed which would have been nice to know prior to booking due to left over mess. It was offered to be cleaned up but felt uncomfortable when all of our stuff was already in one room. We were able to check in early which we appreciated so the mess was overlooked. Laundry area in garage with no laundry baskets which made it a little hard to transfer clothes. Overall good stay. Kids loved the pool. The is not walking friendly for Disneyland. It is not 3/4 mile away as advertised. It is 1.8 miles on very busy streets. We ended up having to pay to park at Disney.

This home is in a great location and the space accommodated our large group very nicely. The pool was perfect, and the grill and spa worked well. The rules, and fees/fines are posted everywhere and it's obtrusive and almost intimidating. I understand that Anaheim has specific rules and the owners simply need to follow them, but it definitely impacts the overall experience. We had a few pests to deal with during our stay, and the property team did a great job trying to help resolve the issue. That said, a few in our party with allergies and asthma had a hard time dealing with the essential oils used to help with the problem. As summer gets closer, please be more thorough in ensuring proper pest control prior to guests arriving.

Well appointed home, as advertised on the website. Great location, everything we wanted to see/do was close by. Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained.Only suggestion would be to look at upgrading the bed mattresses for an even more comfortable stay.

Walking to Disneyland

Location, location, location if you’re looking to be walking distance to Disneyland this is the place. Which was prefect for us. We had a couple of wonky things; we were traveling from 5 hours away and we tried to get into the house 30 mins early and never got a response from the number from the huge information packet which was disappointing. We had to wait till exactly 4pm on the dot to enter. The first bath room door didn’t lock which was awkward for the person in the bathroom when we found out it didn’t lock. The oven didn’t work, I guess the clue was that the time couldn’t be set, once we called the team they were on top of it and it was fix the next day. There was a light by the garage bedroom that never turned off which kept us up most of the night. We never did find the light switch. Over all the kids had a blast and it was prefect to be together, the house has a great dinning table and games in the garage to keep everyone busy.

Great stay for a combined family Disney trip.

My family of 5 met up with another famly of 3 for a Disney trip. We loved the two master rooms with their own bathrooms, the kids loved the pool, and the strollers saved us with our walk to Disney every day.
