"There’s no daily housekeeping and the breakfast is not that great"

"The property is very close to the Niagara Falls Park and all the amenities that we walked to everything. We ate at most of the restaurants and were not disappointed in any of our choices. We especially enjoyed Cathy's company/service at the Steak House. Besides that, on this trip, we came out even on our gambling :)"

"The room was clean; the location of the hotel is perfect, all the tourist spots are just a few minutes walk. There’s a FlixBus stop right opposite the hotel; hence very convenient to travel from and to Buffalo Airport."

"The building is a 19 story art deco masterpiece. The lobby is that of an apartment building, so not spacious like today's hotels but very classy and the staff were genuinely friendly and helped with issues. The elevators were very quick for such a big building and we were right in the middle of town and close to the attractions. Our room had 12ft ceilings and felt very spacious. Lights automatically came on when we entered. Breakfast wasn't my favorite, but we also came down when it was very busy. We would stay there again."

"Clean room"

"Understaffed, person working front desk was also working in Bar and waiting tables in restaurant. Rooms are in need of an upgrade but our room was clean. When providing information for this hotel, please note there is no elevator and one has to take their bags to their rooms with no help, in addition for seniors, the toilets are very low, the shower may be difficult to get in and out of and the beds are higher than the average and may be difficult to get in to. Great location though and breakfast was very good."
