"The entertainment (TV) were out of order. Drinking water was also not in room. There was some music band practice in the lobby, which was causing disturbance. "

"Everything was easy for us from check in to check out. We had an accessible room facing the mountains. Loved the hot tub area. Brunch at Sudden Sally’s was also excellent. "

"Good place to stay, will be back. Nice to be able to park and take the bus downtown. Had a great breakfast in the restaurant. Our room was wonderful. "

"Nice, but small unit for 6. Rugs need a shampoo and cleaning is sketchy- dust, windows, kitchen area need a deep clean. parking was great for our unit- some people were having difficulty parking SUVs and trucks. Pool was quite cold and not very clean. A disappointment as the grandchildren were excited about it initially and then didn't want to swim because of the water temperature. Changerooms also needed more consistent attention. Staff were friendly and helpful. It seems very laid back, although I liked that the quiet hours were enforced. "

"Some restaurant construction during make over. Rooms were all refurbished and very well done. Comfortable beds with good linens. Thumbs up!"
