"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable "

Central Bangkok can overwhelm with it's dense crowds, hectic traffic, and tiny alleys, but the Praya Palazzo's private water taxi over the river whisks you away from all that to a stately and secluded refuge. A great place to recharge for further adventures "
