"Pro: 1. Super nice and helpful staffs 2. easy check-in check out process. 3. Super convenient location : 1 minute walk to the lift... 4. Convenient room items: plates, bowls, cups, dishwashing items. Con: 1. not very noise-proof, I got woken up by next room noises in the middle of the night. 2. No comment in door place, if you want to have meals or chat with friends before or after operation hours, you can only do it in the rooms, but the rooms only have 2 chairs and a small table. "

"My family and I stayed at this pinecrest retreat during our snow trip. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The stairs were interesting to navigate with a 2 year old toddler and two older grandparents, but it was doable. Heating consists of wall units and a fireplace. It was walking distance to Leland snowplay. No wifi was refreshing as it allowed us to unplug and spend quality time together. There were plenty of movies available for us to watch. The renters were very responsive and even helped us switch travel dates as there was a snow storm on our original travel dates. We are extremely grateful for their flexibility and hospitality. We created forever memories."
