“Clean and new”

“The rooms are small, but who cares? The Cape is for the outdoors, and this hotel is a great place to lay your head at the end of a fun day. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable, the rooms super clean, and the staff very nice and helpful. Just across the street lies the Cape Cod Bay, a great place to swim in high tide, and to explore in low tide. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed at a beach front unit and it was the highlight and reason for choosing t stay here. Unit was clean but could have been much better. The property has some wear and could use some a bit of a refresher, however not a big deal. Location is great and staff was nice.”

“The floors were not clean! I asked for cleaner and paper towels so I could clean the hair and sand and glitter out of the bathroom… managers comment was oh they didn’t do a good job?!!!!! There was no beach view lol.”

“We stayed in room13 , which had those sloppy ceilings . Honestly for the price you paying it is a very tight fit . Claustrophobic even . We could barely move around it . And that is on the top of that you have to share bathroom , with the other rooms on the floor. Some guy on the first night , had an explosive …… , and he occupied the bathroom loooong time . As they say , minute is long depending on which side of the door you are . So stepping in to the bathroom right after the gentleman , was……
