"This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. "Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience. "

"The Tophams was such a great hotel for our first time in London. The bed was extremely comfortable, the tub was amazing to soak in each night and the heated towel bar with robes and slippers made it even mor luxurious! The hotel is very close to Victoria Station which made it very easy to use the tube around the city. Lots of pubs nearby and the best Ramen I’ve ever had at Bone Daddy’s! We will definitely be back! "Property is located close to public transportation, dining choices and small market. There was tea and coffee in the room and a generous daily continental breakfast. Daily room makeup. The staff failed on not getting our safe fixed during our stay even though we were told someone would be there to fix it. Overall a comfortable stay."
