「This was a last minute trip and a great value. The condo met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely rebook a stay at this location! 」

「The property pictures online lead you to believe it’s upscale property. Flooring was buckled and coming up in several places. Amenities were cheap and lacking. It definitely was not as clean as the other VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo is really hard to find, when we called it was some guy that wasn’t even from the area so had no idea how to tell us to get there either. Moving forward, I will go back to VRBO listed properties and not those listed through vacasa on VRBO. 」

「We had to change our plans due to the bad weather Hot Springs had. Jolynna went above and beyond to help us. We cant thank her enough. Condo was relaxing, well stocked. View of lake was amazing. Watching a blue heron land while sippy your morning coffee on the patio was a nice perk! 」

「The condo was spacious, with comfortable furniture and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms also! The beds were super cozy with nice bedding. We will definitely go back 」

「The property does NOT have a hot tub!!!! When we asked the owners they made it sound it was out for repairs, but there hasn’t been one for a while and the area was converted to a covered seating area. The owner’s didn’t want to do any concessions after we communicated this. VRBO did help us but finding another property would cost 3x the amount. Upon arrival we also noticed that in the bed room blinds were missing. Overall condition of the property was poor to average (it’s outdated, but that is...
