Nestled among the trees in the Fox Farm area just 2.2 miles from Bear Mountain, Fox Canyon has a comfortable feel in a peaceful and quiet setting. This home has an open floor plan. The kitchen, dining and family room together give plenty of space for gatherings and holidays. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, pots and pans and needed amenities. There is a dishwasher and laundry use. You can warm by the fire, relax with a book by the bay window or watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Internet, smart TV, and Roku are available.

On the upper level, the master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a twin for extra sleeping space. Two guest rooms, both with queen beds share a full bath. On the lower level, the bonus room has a full over full pine log bunk bed and a queen. This room is great for kids and has a flat screen TV for movies and games.

There is a fenced in back yard. A large deck with a patio table and propane barbeque for grilling. Take in the mountain air or night skies in the outdoor spa. Watch the changing of the seasons with surrounding trees and beautifully landscaped yard. This home is just minutes from Bear Mountain Resort, the Moonridge Zoo, Snow Summit Resort, the Convention Center, Big Bear Lake and shopping in the Village.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
