ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - NEW Game Room in detached garage with foosball table, 2 player basketball game, Super Nintendo mini (2 of them), Xbox, darts, three arcade machines: Mortal Kombat 4, Classic Arcade with 10 games in it and Captain Hook pinball machine. Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
