「Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.」

「A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!」

「Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, 」

「Nice hotel, dated but functional and clean. It is in a good location near the pleasure beach and shops, cafes etc. great breakfast cafe on the same street. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Excellent value for the room rate.」

「Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure.」

「Staff very nice very helpful treat like family room was also very nice really recommended Thank you 🙏」

「Friendly staff extremely comfortable bed everything we needed! Had to.pay extra to park the car but at least we could park. Lovely hotel will stay again」

「We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

「Was very clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming」

「Very beautiful and well maintained with love, very kind people who left us our privacy which I find an essential. Superb stay.」

「Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk) Friendly host Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room. A little awkward for men needing a shave. Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers Kettle and coffee/tea provided Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.」

「第一次住窗外是球場景的酒店，體驗非常特別，小朋友亦十分開心！房間亦十分整潔。」

「Lovely friendly hosts, large comfortable bedroom, great location for all amenities of Blackpool, we will be back」

「I just felt at home... not much more to say. Im really bad with names but the landlady was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and informative. Fair enough, the place has a few smalls quirks, but its completely forgivable... homely, nostalgic and peaceful, I personally had a perfect stay.」
