Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”

“Problems with TV Pool was nice”

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

“This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was……

“Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. Beach was gorgeous and clean with many amenities. Right across the street. Area was very quiet. We actually cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Jill”

“What a lovely little place. It is what it is; a refurbished roadside motel with modest rooms and fun decor but it does it so well. Adorable, great location, clean and nice mattresses. Really loved it.”

“Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. We ate breakfast outside to see the view. My husband used the free bike that they offered. The landscaping was beautiful.”

“The property is beautiful. Right on the beach. Me and my daughter wanted a nice relaxing girls getaway and that’s what we got. A walkout to the beach. The pool is heated so if the ocean is too cold to swim can enjoy the pool. Enjoyed the restaurant with the view of the ocean. No complaints. Had a perfect time.”

“The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool……

“Great location, nice helpful staff. Easy parking. The rooms are decent and comparable to the other hotels in the area. Maintenance of the property could be better overall. It seems to always be under construction. And if the pool has been closed for three years, then it's not closed for renovations - it's closed for demolition (eventually!).”

“The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. Our room was basic but quite large and very clean with A sink, mini fridge, lots of drawers and closet space, bathroom with a shower. Nothing fancy but a great value at this beautiful location. there are stairs to climb, no elevator. The balcony is shared with other rooms but there is plenty of space and you have your own picnic table and chairs. Easy to walk to cafes and a few small shops.”
