“We stayed in one of the Gables suites which are located in a building a sizable walk from the main hotel. It was the equivalent of a sub-par air bnb with no ease of access to the main hotel amenities or services. The room was much smaller than advertised, had no view, was damp and not cleaned well. We inquired about changing rooms or canceling upon arrival and were given an email of a manager who never responded during our 4 day stay. From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests!
