「I liked the nice size laundry room. My door wouldn't lock and I wasn't given an option for another room. Moved all my belonging back to my car. After coming back on the second night I found that it had been fixed. At least it got fixed 」
「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」
「Everything excellent excep we had no towels/service from Friday morning early check in until we left Monday. Notice did say service every other day but we had none. Front desk were apologetic and immediately privided towels. We emptied our own trash bins.」
