"Very convenient located nearby metro station. Also nice little restaurants in area. For marathoners. Very easy to go to start and also close by enough to even walk from finish to the hotel. (Or take 2 stops) in any case great to do a shakeout run from hotel ..then to imperial palace rounds and back about 7km. Sport shops are all nearby. Staff extremely friendly. Room is nice, clean and Japan ryokan touch. Making reservation for a taxi is however ¥1000 . Which should be service. The relaxing room was occupied by other guests way too long. They should make it a time slot of 2 sessions. Tea ceremony was just a nice touch. There is no ATM at hotel and also no wine available in vending machine. The beer option was ok. Breakfast buffet is very complete and tasteful. Expensive (about $24) in comparison with what eating out cost. Overall excellent hotel experience. Definitely recommend "

"Great hotel, very clean property and rooms, staff are very friendly.. the open buffet breakfast was great and has many varieties of foods and drinks, we had breakfast everyday at the buffet. The location is great and close to subway stations and other attractions. We really recommend this hotel."

"We stayed twice while in Japan. The first time was 10 nights and another 3 nights at the end of our vacation. We loved the buffet breakfast. Wonderful variety, always fresh and really nice presentation. Japanese and western options. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We found the beds a bit firm. Rooms are compact. We really enjoyed the Skytree views. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The train and bus station within 5 minutes walk, made sightseeing Tokyo really easy. We would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is well located and central to the train station—clean and efficient. It would have been a perfectly acceptable stay, except for my experience with the front desk staff. When my daughter misplaced a plastic key card and I needed a replacement to access the room, they threatened to fine me ¥1,000 if all three cards were not returned. Worse, when I asked why they would charge for a disposable card, “Kiran” at the front desk argued with me about the card’s value. Overall, a very cheap way to tarnish an otherwise fine hotel."
